Action Type: Move
Three times per day as a Move Action you can stir the spirits of the ancients to sing a melody of damnation around you. This song lasts for d10+5 turns. This song builds in tempo and power each turn. On the first turn all non-allies that are within 15' radius must make a Willpower check at a TS of 10. Those that fail are struck with awe of the spiritual voices, and become Confused (see Legends of Kralis Player' Guide; pg 342). Those Confused may attempt to end this effect on their next turn.
On the second turn targets must make a new Willpower Check at a TS of 8 those that fail become Fascinated. Those that are now Fascinated may attempt to end this effect on their next turn, but may still be Charmed. On the third turn targets in the area must make a Willpower check at a TS of 6 those that fail become Dazed. Each turn the target may attempt to end this effect, but may still be affected other conditions.
On the fourth turn targets within range must make a Willpower check at TS of 4. Those that fail become Staggered. Each turn targets may attempt a new Willpower check to end the effects of being Staggered, but may still be under the effects of other conditions.
On the fifth turn targets must make a Willpower check at a TS of 4. Those that fail become Paralyzed and fall to the ground. Each turn targets may attempt a new Willpower check to end the effects of being Paralyzed, but they may still be under the effects of other conditions. This has a Fatigue Cost of 20 to perform.
